The organization requires continuous improvement through strategy, management, sustainability, responsibility, leadership and rapid learning. All these determinants are associated with man, and essentially of its interdependence in the organization's activities, and this depends mostly on the personality of our employees.

For our clients we have prepared a series of training courses based on The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey, in his book that sold over 20 million copies, assembled universal habits that develop in your life, increase their own capabilities, creates synergies and multiplying the effects of joint actions.

Planning and design training, after training needs analysis. We set goals of the training, which will be the basis for a final assessment of the effectiveness of our actions.
Because we are a company with business related to trade, service and construction machinery, we are specialized in providing training for technical staff, in particular for directors. Technical designers, project managers, managers. Maintenance, technicians and maintenance personnel.

 

CYCLE PROJECT:
    A. Analysis of training needs.
    B. Planning and design training.
    C. Recruitment and selection of employees.
    D. Preparation of training materials.
    E. Conducting training.

The training lasts eight weeks. After each meeting, we give employees 6 days break, so that they themselves work presented habits. At that time, we will be with them in constant contact by initiating work-related tasks himself.
